Fractional CIO · CTO · Life Sciences, Healthcare & Healthcare Supply Chain
I’ve spent twenty years making technology pay for itself.
I have been a CIO and a CTO for the past 15+ years. I launched two business units from nothing and took them through a private equity exit, turned an IT services group into a product business with its own P&L, and led the customer experience function at Knipper Health. I built a global platform for five acquired companies across the US, Canada and India at Jubilant Pharmaceuticals. And I have led technology in Carton Service, Inc., a small, yet growing, founder-owned business. Along the way I have reported to boards, sponsors and family owners, and I have learned that they all want the same thing: a technology leader who can explain, in their language, what the money is buying.
That is the job I do now — fractionally, for companies that need that answer but do not need a full-time executive to get it.

What it’s like to work with me.
- I talk to your customers. Most technology assessments never do. It is the fastest route to what is actually wrong.
- I bring evidence, not opinions. Unit economics, benchmarks, a real P&L. If I cannot measure it, I say so.
- I stage the investment. Checkpoints between stages, so you can stop at any point and still be ahead.
- I speak in business terms. Margin, EBITDA, multiple, working capital. Technology vocabulary stays in the technology meetings.
- I plan my own exit. The goal is a working plan, a capable team, and no ongoing dependency on me.
